We help businesses invest in employee wellbeing through 3-hour morning retreats specially curated to nurture the wellbeing of each AM Retreat guest. Set along the Perth coastline, or under the trees in the state forest, we use enjoyable simple acts of mindfulness, movement and connection that provide benefit in the moment and tools to increase wellbeing daily.

 

We get your employees out of the office, into the playground of nature where we slow down and focus on the here and now. We teach them simple morning habits to connect them with their breath, body and nature, which sets their day (in fact their life) up for success.

Beginners Breathwork

We use mindful breathing techniques designed to help calm, restore and relax the body.  We share breathing practices and morning rituals to improve sleep, feel peaceful and reduce tension.

We keep it simple.

When we breath consciously, we signal to the body that we’re really okay and that our body can activate the parasympathetic nervous system. We can use these tools in everyday life, especially in stressful work situations.

Particularly beneficial for emotional wellbeing, mindful movement is the process of maintaining nonjudgemental awareness in the present moment whilst performing physical activity. It has been shown to significantly reduce stress and negative emotions and can be especially helpful for those with busy or overwhelming thought processes, such as those experiencing high levels of stress.

We share a simple yoga practice designed for all ages and abilities.

Nature can induce feelings of awe and wonder, which are known to promote wellbeing, altruism and humility, along with physical health benefits. Nature is no-longer a part of every day life, although it is an essential component of a healthy life.

Attention and focus are positively influenced by nature. The Attention Restoration Theory suggests that natural environmets help restore our mental energy, reducing fatigue and improving concentration.
